I purchased mine from BladeHQ a while back, and I find myself having to periodically tighten the torx screws. I haven't tried applying blue Loctite yet. The center also seems off to me, but after playing with the screws a bit, the action and fidget factor of the knife is very high.
The highlight of the knife, in my opinion, is the number of ways it can be deployed:
1. Button-Flick (press down the button lock and use your wrist to flick the blade out)
2. Thumb-Flick (use the edge of your thumb and press outward/forward to flick the blade out
3. Straight-Flip (the flipper tab of the knife is a squared-off corner (meaning nothing sticks out of the spine), pull this corner back to flip the blade out)
4. Front-Flip (the front flipper tab of the knife is another squared-off corner, put the inside edge of your thumb on this and roll your thumb back over the top of the knife to deploy the blade (I find this the hardest of the methods)
5. Reverse-Flick/Spidey-Flick (put the tip of your middle finger into the thumb hole "from behind" and flick it outwards, making sure your other fingers aren't in the way (I usually end up flicking my ring and pinky finger out in the same motion, making sure to hold onto the handle securely with my thumb and index finger), I find this to be the most enjoyable way to deploy the blade and tied with button-flicking as the quickest way to start using the knife based on handle grip)
6. I guess manually gripping the blade and slowly pulling it out with two hands can also be considered a deployment method...
