Further, there has been zero firmware updates and the LG Soundbar App is so finicky, would not always recognize the connection and you have to reset to reconnect the soundbar - you can read up on this on the play/apple store, with all the reviews mostly 1 out of 5 stars.
Highly recommend against this system. Feel free to try for yourself, but you will experience all of the above as mentioned.

Nice - tried and it worked. I'm not going to risk placing another order because I don't want to be stuck with two $500 gc's possibly but good to know.
it didn't work for me both in mobile app and regular browser. What is the exact steps, please?
For 200 bucks sound bars can be great. For $1000 you've fallen down a rabbit hole of vastly diminishing returns.
I have several two channel speakers to choose from.
They will be laying on their side below the tv, or above it pointing downwards.

I know this is supposed to be mounted underneath the TV. What if I mount it above it, two feet above ear level?
