Totally Fair. I don't see the same pattern on the second link. Doubt I'll invest time in investigating other products in their site. But it was weird. I suspect planted reviews before a "glitch". But I sti
For what it's worth I spot checked some other knives and see similar pattern of duplicate reviews same day different people so either they are farming reviews out to a third party who is sloppy or they have a big in the review system causing this. Either way they need consultation or help cleaning these up if they want to put forth a believable universe of reviews.
FYI I emailed civivi and we about their odd review patterns, including specific examples, and neither responded and the reviews are still wack. It is not limited to one or two products as suggested earlier in this thread.
I'm not saying they aren't a good company or good products but they definitely have either a technical issue in their review framework or review planting going on at their site and did not engage me in any way after having "raised it to their attention"
