Your link seem to show that Samsung has better brightness and black uniformity. But i do trust Dell monitors for quality and reliability more.
I would try to get for less unless you really need it. Monoprice has a better QHD IGZO monitor for $249.99. I'm not going to link it but I did buy one open box last black Friday for $180 and was satisfied.
My main monitor is a curved QHD VA Monoprice panel I have had for 2 years that retails for $190. I much prefer curved and VA for a primary monitor. Blacks are actually black and it's easier to see the edges of the screen.
And if you hate Monoprice, I would take a Dell over a budget Samsung. Dell has always proved reliable for me with laptops and monitors.
I mainly play CoD Warzone 2. Not sure If I truly notice a different between 144hz and the current 165hz but I'm quite happy with the overall performance and look so far.
