No CO2 monitoring though, pretty disappointing.

hardly an "air quality" monitor:

Keep tabs on 5 key factors: particulate matter (PM 2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide (CO), humidity, and temperature.

Humidity and temperature? so does my thermostat.
Carbon monoxide? Anyone who'd ever buy this already has several detectors.

So what's it really doing?
Random particulate matter - and if high, then what do you do?
VOCs - only actual thing worth a damn

How good is it for when you burn poly vinyl chloride.

For particulate matter you turn on (or turn up the fan on) your air purifiers. That's stuff like pollen, mold spores, dust, smoke. You can have a routine that triggers when PM enters a certain range.

I bet it monitors you more than it monitors your air. Haha.

VOCs sound really cool, but what a VOC is is super broad. Having had one of these things since it came out, all it does for me is create a really neat graph of every time I've farted in my living room.

It was around $42 last Prime Day but this seems a decent price if you can't wait to see what this Prime Day brings.

Seems to work pretty well. The LED as indicator of overall air quality is helpful. The software side is lacking, however - the interface in the Alexa app is limited, even more so on Echo Show devices. But you can see current values for the various measurements as well as history, and the sensors seem pretty responsive.
