Ok fine guys I'll do it haha, just send me something in return

I WILL POST A CODE AT 6:15 EST (25 minutes). Please DO NOT complete the purchase until 6:25. As long as it applies to your cart, you don't have to worry about missing it. Just proceed to the screen after payment selection and wait

Go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
Make sure you are logged into the Microsoft account tied to your XBox
On the Contact Us page, click on the green button that says Contact us
When it asks to "tell us a little more" I did the following prompts:

What are you having trouble with? - Hardware and Network
What's the issue? - Warranty, service, & repair
Where are you seeing it? - XBox Series S
Describe your issue? - I typed in "Contact".

The window will give you recommendations to follow. One of them may be Request a call. Hit that button.
It'll ask you again to describe your issue. Just say "Warranty issue". On the "Select a category" box I just put down Hardware & network.
Click on the "Request a call: Estimated wait: # minutes" button. That should open up the Virtual Agent. They will tell you to complete a CAPTCHA.
Once you get past the CAPTCHA you give them your phone number to have them call you.
Wait until you get the call and then go from there.

It's needlessly convoluted, and there are other routes to take that'll get you to the Request a Call page, but this is how I was able to do it. Best of luck!

I contacted them last night after posting. Eventually they told me I had canceled it. When I said no, they changed it to they had canceled it due to a technical glitch, but I'm welcome to order again. Waiting to see what actually happens. They told me to wait for my gift card to be refunded, then I could order again for the same discounted price. I'm so annoyed.
What kind of gift card did you use? I'm going to call on Friday as I haven't heard back on my escalated ticket in a week. I don't think my code I used will work again.

If anyone has a spare code, would be nice since Verizon didn't fulfill their end from my March 1st order.

I had the wrong warranty date on mine as well supposedly Verizon was supposed to update it. I just had a chat then had to get a phone call to get it corrected and added the $39 protection plan on the same call all in it took me less than an hour thankfully. I am now covered from any issues or damage for 3 years.

Like others have mentioned, if you got in on this deal, I definitely recommend entering your serial number to register your Xbox to see how much warranty is remaining on your Series S. Mine only had about 3 MONTHS LEFT and was set to expire June of this year.

Extending the warranty through Microsoft support has been a crapshoot. Took me some time, but I finally got someone who was able to assist, but they made me feel like I was trying to scam them or something and I was repeatedly told by previous reps to contact Verizon in order to correct the inaccurate information on the warranty. FRUSTRATING.

I think that's why Verizon was clearing these out. Typically when you buy an Xbox from Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc.., I believe they scan the serial number from the physical box, which is then relayed to Microsoft and so your warranty begins from that day moving forward.

Verizon doesn't do this or have the means to do so and as result, if they didn't liquidate these Series S's soon, then future buyers would have a brand new Xbox that was completely out of warranty - which is obviously no good.

Anyways, definitely call Microsoft and get your warranties adjusted fittingly based on your actually purchase date. You'll need to send them copy of your invoice through email to do so. A previous poster mentioned that they needed to send a image of their serial number from their box, but I personally didn't have to do that. The Microsoft rep only wanted a copy of my invoice.

Good luck.

Thank You! I followed these steps and was able to fix warranty issue in minutes. I got the call back immediately, they emailed me a link to upload PDF of receipt and that was it - they fixed warranty date while I was on hold.
