But I'll be honest, I use the mesh metal steamer baskets a lot more (especially since I have the air fryer lid), and I basically never use this anymore.

Also have done a turkey carcass.
1 tbsp apple-cider vinegar added makes everything fall apart quicker (less time under pressure, ~25 mintues).
Soup for days!

I often forget the ACV, but always hit max time (90min) because, why not…
The resulting broth is so full of collagen it gels when cooled, you won't get that from a store bought box.
Makes a great addition to many food preparations when you need a little liquid, and yes a great soup base.

Why are you washing an ice tray with soap?
Open up the pores with some very hot water and rinse well.
Next option is to soak in vinegar water 50/50 mix.
Hot dogs (beef or sausage), 1 cup water, high pressure, time 0 minutes, quick release.
FROZEN Hot dogs (beef or sausage), 1 cup water, high pressure, time 2 minutes, quick release.
Potatoes, halved or quartered, 1 cup water, high pressure, time 0-5 minutes (less if quartered, more if halved; potato variety plays a factor), quick release.
Carrots, 1 cup water, high pressure, time 0 minutes (more depending how 'al dente' you like them), quick release.
As other have stated eggs, artichokes too.

There are some vegetables that you can pressure cook (and not merely steam). Kale, for example, tenderizes perfectly when pressure cooked for 3-5 minutes.
This basket is also useful to hold a roast or eggs at that you can easily remove the food.
Finally, it looks useful for making broth. I make bone broth all the time (1-4 hrs in the pressure cooker vs 12-24hrs on the stove -- the time is needed to literally melt the bones). Putting the bones in this basket before submerging in water allows me to remove the bones instantly from the broth.
