I've been watching this and it has rarely gone to $100. I think just once last year. Usually there is a $40 promo code which makes it $110.

Also this is a very high quality device when it comes to battery packs. The batteries that they use are really solid and expensive.

Nice! This has been my go-to travel charger since last summer and like that I can keep a 16" MBP running all day without plugging in.

Couldn't keep the MBP running all day without plugging in even without this? Unless it is an Intel machine...

NIce. Is it worth the price jump from the 20,000mAh unit? Also, the link is to the 737 but the 537 is the one for 99.99.

Try the link again. 737 is normally 149, now 99 (goes on sale for $99 every few weeks it seems). 537 is always 99 afaik.

I wish Anker would state capacity in watt-hours rather than mAh. Even at the $99 price point, there are many other power stations with higher capacity, 12V DC out, and even inverters. This one stands out for being so low-feature, by comparison.

The 537 was 69.99 which I snagged about two weeks ago. Could not be happier with the 537, it charges my MBP to full just fine.

It's not about capacity with this one, it's about charge speed and re-charge speed of the battery. Think a pipe with higher pressure - delivers water faster.

Anyways in for 1. These are expensive to produce. Don't think it's going to drop much further.

Yeah a pound and a half is a ton on top of my chunky MacBook Pro. The m1 devices get such great battery life as-is I feel less reliant on these things. A 'normal' high ish capacity battery pack has served me well to keep a steam deck or Nintendo switch going for long flights
