If you're looking for something that tracks like a kayak you're going to be really disappointed with this, BUT if you think of it as a skinny inflatable raft then it's definitely the best you can do for under $125 and proper kayaks are in the $350++ range.
Steering isn't great, the sides are pretty thick so it's not super easy to get a forceful and natural feeling paddle going, but it's extremely durable and comes with everything you need to get on the water except the life vest.
If you have long legs, you won't be suited for longer duration trips. I'm 6 feet and my knees get sore after an hour or so because you really have to squeeze your legs in there

Oh yes... This will allow you to get close encounters with the sharks and piranhas to have that personal connection that you won't forget โบ๏ธ
I take my inflatable on the Indian River in Florida all the time. Get a grip.
