    These are my favorite gaming headphones for PC. You can wear them for long sessions and they don't hurt at all. Sound quality is better than gaming headsets and they're lightweight. They feel like astros without the extra weight

    The 558 is a great pair. I have some near field monitors here and honestly it's hard to tell if I have them on or off when wearing these. The sound is really close to the monitors.

    You'd be hard pressed to find a better bang for your buck pair of headphones at this price. I got them around Black Friday a couple of years ago. Neutral with good clarity. I paid $100 at the time which was solid. Had no problem selling them used for my cost.

    This deal couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I've been doing shopping for new headphones for PC gaming, and this is such a great value for the under $99 price range. These drive well so you don't need an amp, cable is replaceable, most people consider them the most comfortable pair they've ever worn, and the sound is incredible, but don't expect deep bass, they provide a really great range and depth instead of sacrificing it for deep beats.

    Do you know what is the difference between 599-SE and 599? Googling the info and some on Reddit said no differences, but other said the SE has more bass! Not sure who to believe☹️

    Only difference is color. The standard is a whiteish color, SE is black.

    And it's on backorder, but Amazon often pushes the ship date further back than needed, but usually their backordered stuff will ship in half the time or less.

    Actual freq response chart with eg settings for the 599. If you don't know, it's a pretty neutral headphone lacking bass. I prefer the DT990 for production and mixing on cans, but the 599 is excellent for listening especially at this price.
