My rower with ifit is junk without the membership. No custom workouts, just basic functionality. The membership isn't worth $10 a month much less $39.
Great idea, but no go if membership is required.

A $500 mirror with a $39 monthly fee.

For this mirror thing the guided workout seems mandatory. You can get Ifit membership for ~$10/mo on ebay.

At least it works for me to power through those tough workouts to push myself when I want to just give up.
But I watch the same ~5 workouts over and over. I'm using a tablet now to just watch YouTube videos.
Downside is no automatic resistance adjustments and I can't "create" a workout on the rower without an ifit membership.
There is no reason for this product to have zero functionality without a membership. They're videos, not interactive. Shrug, I don't want anything that requires a monthly fee to be useful.
