Tough to say.

You can snag a 65B2 from various online sites for 1200ish occasionally, which is a better TV in just about every way.

The Vizio may make for a decent secondary TV, assuming you have some kind of streaming device like a Roku, Firestick, Apple TV, etc. The OS for Vizio TV's is pretty garbage.
I own this tv. It's excellent. Apps are butter smooth, picture is mind blowing. Not sure what extras you're getting for $500 more with a C2 or similar, but I'm gonna be happy for years.
I got it. Wildly better than the LED it replaced. Image is fantastic (I mostly watch at night). Alarmingly better picture, real HDR is awesome.

The Vizio apps work well though I use FireTV stuff most of the time, so haven't had an issue with any kind of slowness

DO NOT buy this television. I work as a TV salesman and in 2020/2021 when these were fairly new our returned aisle was filled with nothing but these. Everytime I would sell one it'd be returned with some horrible quality control problem a week later. There's a reason Vizio hasn't made a new model in 3 years, this TV was a horrific flop. Back then it might've been worth rolling the dice to see if you got one that was good but nowadays when you can buy a LG B2 for around 1100-1300 on sales or LG C2 was even posted around 1350-1500 on here. These are MUCH MUCH better options, better panels better processors better QC.
I'm going to guess around the summer of 2021, many of these TVs were returned? Maybe July? There was some really weird buggy software issues going on. I called Vizio and demanded something get done. They told me wait a couple weeks. I had to turn the TV on manually or reset it. It was really weird for a couple months. Then it just didn't happen anymore, I think after an update, then I just noticed recently that the weird motion control settings I had to put in were unnecessary. Set everything to zero and the picture looks great now. There are still some kinks, but it's almost perfect now. I have a Sony OLED now too and it rivals it except for size.

I've had mine for 2 years or so now and it's absolutely fine now. The initial software was buggy and a mess but now it's significantly better. I wish all of the HDMI ports were 2.1 and I wish it had ATSC 3.0. Bud if you're in the market for an OLED definitely check this one out.

I've seen a few comments in here saying it was good for PS5. Curious if anyone else with a PS5 has this TV? I'm in the market and this one is looking like a pretty good deal.

Good point. The processor in my 2016 Samsung is slow enough that it lags today. Wonder if you're shaving off a couple years by not going for something newer.

If you use an Apple TV, Google TV, Firestick 4K, Nvidia Shield, current or last gen console, processor lag for menus/apps is not an issue. This applies to current gen TVs too.

An hdmi 2.1 receiver solves the additional hdmi slots issue. I want ATSC 3.0 on my C1, but they seem to have about a $150-$200 price😔. I wish they would put them in these 300+ or higher recievers, but with only a 50 dollar premium

Worried about how long they will last. I have had three vizio over the last four years. Loved my quantum x one, until it started to have issues. None of them lasted more than two years. And all had multiple different issues before they totally died.

I think the 65A2 is probably better as well and tends to run around the same price point. Comparable screen quality but significantly better interface and OS that won't slow down and crap out in a few years. Probably will be even cheaper here in the coming months given the steep price decreases we've seen lately. Nice to see all these OLEDs finally coming down to reasonable prices.

Of course, none of these would be suitable for gaming if you're looking for a TV that will last for years to come.
This is getting roasted but I think it's correct? The A2 isn't for gaming with its 60hz refresh rate, but it's great for content, which is what OLEDs excel at anyway. And HDMI 2.1 isn't necessary on a panel which only does 4k at 60hz anyway. Personally got a A2 and no regrets - it's solid and dependable and looks amazing.

I have an HD Homerun 4K box and it has been very problematic since the very beginning. It is one reason why I want to grab an OLED that has an atsc 3.0 tuner

Besides these being VERY bad sets, I'll never buy another Vizio again. My PQ65-F1 died, the replacement they sent was shattered, but they required I return both sets before they send me out a new one. They "upgraded" me to a lesser but newer model, and then when THAT one dies, they refused to cooperate with Squaretrade to help me replace that set. All they needed was to send me an invoice saying they replaced the old model with the new one 2 years ago, and they refused.

Thanksfully, Squaretrade did the right thing and cut me a check after 3 months of fighting with Vizio.

I have one of those too, haven't used it in a while though. ATSC 3.0 tuners are only in the LG G series, Samsung and Sony OLEDs.

- Least 20 hours a week on my PS5 - Destiny. I play daily and the kids even on other games. Smooth and Zero issues now. ZyX23 my Destiny Name, PS I've (also kids) played 4659h 36m of Destiny 2. More then half of that time has been on this set. 2.5 hours a day on one game alone, not including TV and other games... It gets it use for sure...

I bought this TV, 55" version from Best Buy, picked it up Nov 12, 2020 on the 799 deal... I used this as my Primary Gaming TV... Destiny 2 mostly and Play ALLOT. At first there was firmware issues and just was work to get 120hz to work. Was a rocky start... BUT today the Firmware is excellent, (easy/smooth/looks great) and 120hz runs silky smooth, on a PS5, no jotters/skips that I see. Also some on the downfalls compared to the C10 when it came out are fixed, like brightness level, frame lose way better... They came a far way. Extremely happy with the purchase and still running strong today. Hardware issue free, no burn in issues and I use it for Gaming/Destiny with has familiar icons.
So I would assume with the firmware work and the screen being LG, there is likely little/not much different to a C10 today.
They are at still working on the firmware too, even thou they don't make them. Thanks Viz for that. Don't regret getting the set at all.

How has your experience been with it? Compared to my Vizio OLED it still has glaring bugs. For whatever reason I can almost NEVER finish a sports game in ATSC 3.0 and I have to use my regular tuner on my TV. Even trying to use my computer which is connected to the router via an Ethernet cable it would refuse to work.

Yep. I think a lot of prospective buyers here aren't sure what they're buying and just see a 65" OLED for $1,000 and don't really understand TV specs or how they relate to real-world usage. All I cared to do was drop sound advice so people don't make the same mistakes I did with Vizio. No skin off my back if people would rather make the same mistakes and learn that way instead Smilie

Just to be clear, there are ATSC 3.0 tuners in non OLED TVs as well. For example, Sony X900H.

Walmart's warranty doesn't cover burn in. Does anyone think that's going to be a problem with this set?
