This is a fantastic deal for the 5700G. If you're building on a budget, or if you either don't have a GPU or at least won't for a little while, the integrated graphics on this APU are very strong relative to previous iterations. Don't expect true dGPU performance but expect to be pleasantly surprised, especially if coming from an Intel iGP or early/pre-Ryzen CPUs.

If using this for its integrated graphics, spend a little extra on the memory kit you get to get a strong speed. Your RAM can end up being a bottleneck quickly given the disparity between any modern GDDR and DDR4 speeds and the fact that the integrated graphics need to leverage that memory.

If you're building a little home server, this is also plenty of horsepower for most home needs and will prevent you from needing a GPU if your needs don't demand one anyways.
