But the business group closes super early. 5pm and closed weekends! So good luck if you need them on a weekend. And to make it worse yet, regular customer service still won't talk to you on a weekend, so they pass you off to some outsourced business group in India, which—and I'm not exaggerating—always had a hold time greater than 1 hour, one Sunday was over 3.5 hours, and I was hung up on when they answered. Chat help has the same issue! Only specialists will interact with you, they are never available…
The outsourced groups also have no information about anything and whatever notes or cases they submit go into a paper shredder or void, or they just pretend to mash their keyboard, because the business specialists never seemed to see or confirm any contact with this mysterious group whose sole job seems to be to only waste people's time.
I have never had a problem with regular Tmobile customer service in prior terms with them and had to cancel, and I was happy to despite all the fees, and charges I incurred with that terrible mistake.
If I ever go back to Tmobile, and that's a BIG IF, I will only sign up for their regular service.
EDIT: Never mind, says its only for the new Unlimited Ultimate plan. Would cost me an extra 100/month to switch for not much benefit in my use case.
EDIT: Cgigate just commented that apparently they will give business accounts to people under just their SSN. This was far from my experience when I opened mine 10+ years ago, but things might have changed since then. In any case, at minimum it's ymmv.

Hanging on to my grandfathered SC Unlimited for as long as its viable. What's more pathetic is the alternatives aren't much different.

iPhone 14: $34.59/mo
iPhone 14 Plus: $38.75/mo
iPhone 14 Pro: $41.67/mo
iPhone 14 Pro Max: $45.84/mo
And trade is required.

It's a bummer this has been so challenging, and I'm pretty surprised. I wanted to get the post going and tell y'all what my experience was in the store and how it worked out for me. There was another guy in the store at the same time also getting the deal. Is it targeted? I dunno.
Has anyone else been able to replicate this deal?
it's much better to hang on to any decent old grandfathered plan, and get phones another way.

Went to the nearest store a few hours later and not only was the iPhone 14 free with no trade-in required, but it extended all the way up to the Pro Max. (I briefly saw a sheet that may have also showed steep discounts on some Android phones, but don't quote me on that -- and I don't know other phone lines so I have no idea, but you may want to ask about it just in case).
I walked out with two brand new 14 Pro's having only paid activation and sales tax. On top of that, I had a BOGO line offer I could also use, so two new 14 Pro's are costing me all of $30/mo plus the $257 up front. Very slick in my book.
I put the generic link to T-Mobile business above, but I'm not sure if the full deal info is on there.
Edit: I pasted this into a reply further down, but putting it here as well. The is a copy and paste of the text I received 4/3 from T-Mobile:
"T-Mobile: Small Business Week? How about Small Business MONTH with amazing deals to save you $$! Get iPhone 14 On Us when you add a line on a qualifying plan via 24 mo. bill credits. No trade-in required. t-mo.co/SBMiPh14"

I will not trust too much with any agent in T-Mobile store. They are not supposed to handle T-Mobile business account. All they want is signing you up for anything and selling you expensive phones to get their commission, and leave you with a big mess in your account.
