Only reason I'm passing is the fact that they excluded USB4 for their overpriced proprietary eGPU solution
Probably yes if you stream D4 using your XBOX. It's essentially a Windows PC so it'll do all things Windows.

The proprietary port is interesting and at least already technically has options available. I wonder if people will homebrew their own epgu enclosures

if you play with this thing plugged in you will see an enormous performance boost over the steam deck. the ability to use it with eGPUs (if you're interested in spending the money) is pretty cool too.
i'm sure steamOS will be hacked on, it's all open source so there's no reason why it wouldn't work.
i am running win11 full time on my steam deck (game pass is a must for me) so it doesn't make sense to keep the deck. the touchpads will be lame to lose but i'll manage. strategy games are better with a full sized monitor anyway so i haven't found myself using them very much

I just preordered one as well being that once they work out the bugs, it's likely to be absolutely as awesome as many of the YT review say. Dave3D's was pretty good though he was limited on what he could say about it. I figure I can sell my Deck once the true-blue reviews come in and any NDAs are dropped. I'll cancel if it doesn't look good.
