ProAudioStar has b stock units of the Orange Terror Stamp amp. Looking on reverb this is the price used ones go for (after shipping) and I haven't been able to find any new under $199, so not a bad price. It WAS on sale 3 years ago for $109.99, but nothing recent.

TERROR TONES AT THE TIP OF YOUR TOE…
For years, our Terror series amps have proven that the biggest sounds can come in the tiniest packages. Taking our pocket-sized powerhouse concept one step further, we've brought you the Terror Stamp. Packing all of the punch of the minuscule Micro Terror and Micro Dark amps into an even smaller pedal format, this Valve/Solid State hybrid amp brings 20 Watts of killer Orange tone right onto your pedalboard.
The Terror Stamp's tiny footprint, 8/16 Ohm Speaker Output, fully-buffered FX Loop and CabSim headphone output integrate seamlessly with your other pedals, whether you're rocking a loud stage, recording direct or practising into the early hours.
KEY FEATURES
ALL-ANALOGUE HYBRID DESIGN
Typically-Orange simplicity, unmistakably-Orange tone. The Terror Stamp's hybrid Valve/Solid State design gives you the best of both worlds. From crystal-clean to thundering high-gain, the ECC83 (12AX7)-based preamp has all the harmonics, dynamics and feel you'd expect, while the 20W Class AB Solid State power amp keeps things small, dependable and sounding great at any volume.
SWITCHABLE MASTER VOLUME
Footswitchable Master Volume controls give you the Terror Stamp's full range of sounds at two different volumes. Jump right out of the mix for that all-important solo, without sacrificing your carefully crafted tone.
SHAPE CONTROL
Our exclusive Shape knob crams a whole load of character and control into a single dial. Turn anticlockwise for a mid-forward voicing or clockwise for a classic scoop.
BUFFERED EFFECTS LOOP
Just like our full-size amps, we've given you a fully-buffered, low-impedance FX Loop. Long cable runs? No Problem. True Bypass pedals? Great. The Terror Stamp fits right into your signal chain without ever compromising sound quality. Not only that, but connecting directly to the FX Return turns this little monster into a 20W power amp for whatever pedals, preamps or modellers you can throw at it – with a headphone output too!
CABSIM HEADPHONE OUTPUT
It wouldn't be the perfect pedal amp without a headphone output. Our tried-and-tested, analogue CabSim circuit provides instant access to a very Orange-flavoured 4×12 speaker emulation. Just the thing for late-night practice with headphones, 'silent' recording or running direct to PA. The Headphone Output works simultaneously with the Speaker Output for maximum versatility.

I just got the one I ordered, and it is DEFINITELY a returned unit. The box has had the snot beat out of it, and it has a big red sticker with hand written RMA # and info on it.
The unit itself looks fine, and so far is working fine though.

Seems like a good idea at a less bad price; but I think the deal is it's for special situations. Like practice; but the problem is there are better ways to solve carry weight problems.

Mainly; the power amp section is not tube (so hybrid, tube > Solid state). And while the pre amp is actual, classic tube sound (gain, dirt), conversely the power amp is not classic, actual tube power amp breakup; which is the perhaps more important tube character and touch sensitivity(with the pre). Basically, it requires a pedal in front of it to mask the non-tube power amp when driven hard, by select pedals to get closer to it. So both tube pre and a different tube power amp section are better for taking pedals, arguably.

So TLDR; shouldn't we all avoid GAS, at some point? Even if you have budgeted, large for your gear. Then I'm saying: A better value might be a small, all-tube pedal/head. If not saving more in an all tube combo. Which can be relatively light for having the speaker/cab built-in as backup too. Not that there's a necessarily wrong way to combine your gear.

Note: I'm also for modelers; but mixed with all-tube mashup. Some modelers are close enough to realistic and some are not; but modelers tend to be hard set in to their limits. most all-tube amps color your tone less, as a base, for all types of pedals (Multi FX, with better value and control; which is great into an all tube combo, value.) Else you get into wanting extra multi-controlling device expenses also, if to many, costly individual pedals and supplies.

You can still save cash and go smaller w/o missing the power amp part in tube form. It's your choice, in any case. As you can gather; I prefer an affordable set of gear with great tones and maximum flexibility; that does not require paying for other sets of gear and parts. Not that one backup isn't important. Just not "practice-only" expenses; when some can also be your 2nd back up in case of failure. Never just for practice; if you are saving.

It's all fun to play with; but I strongly suggest research, before buying. Not buying stuff you wind up not using. If you still want this without tube power amp then go for it. I am not saying only tubes. I'm saying mix. Try multi FX, modeling as your up front pedal. And optionally time delay type effects also in a mult unit; through required FX loop connections.

Multi up front, plus all tube combo, plus multi for the effects loop may be the best slick deal value you can put together. And the multi unit for your FX loop is optional. Because the up front multi unit can still do time based effects good enough.

A starter gear set could be the Cube Baby FX pedal ($40) and the Monoprice SR 15W ($200 on sale) all tube combo. Done. Repeat for backup. And do you realize that's $240 total? You could buy two sets for $480! Not that you have to get exactly the same for backup.

And that does set the bar for excellent gear to go with your electric guitar at $240. Why buy anything less than that, trying to save, or any practice-ONLY amp, if you can afford it? Any more would not give you noticeably much more. Except for optional add-ons like a portable looper; which goes in the FX loop connections, required.

All tube for me does not mean zero modeling or that solid state is bad. It means mix an all tube amp with modeling and multi(or not multi) units/pedals too. It's both; and yet the pre and power amp both as tubes may have a better total pro/con balance for you.

Any portable or not, stand-alone (head) pre, plus power amp unit can be emulated or tube amp in its pre or power amp. And first does not have to be outside of a combo. Your best price savings (Slick deals) usually start with a combo, then pre + power amp head. I can not find separate units (pre or power or cabs separated) at a slicker deal. Unless you repair them yourself perhaps, and that's labor time = cost too.

Also note: Keep the price on modeling components extremely low (used too?); because they tend to be dated faster (2yrs?) and can be too easily and effectively not worth the time or money repairing them; if parts are even available. Disposable gear. Where as many (classic) tube circuits have know DIY fixes, inexpensively and mostly perpetually. Keeping the changing trends and tech advancements (recommended) in the lowest cost gear components.

And note the $40 Cube Baby, plus an all tube amp adds its USB converted out to DAW. As well as often overlooked boost, noise cut and a master volume, from the Cube Baby. With it's modeled pre-amps, presets, multi-effects and loadable amps and cab/mike IR's. So don't avoid all tube amps for these digital reasons.

I like the Katana 100 combo (latest version?) for example; but it won't last (deemed obsolete, and no more upgrades. So you have to buy newer). Even the used, older versions are a bit much in price comparatively. And ironically the heads cost more.
