I have the Q990B have the left rear speaker disconnect issue…
Consider this a warning, Samsung Customer support is as bad as it gets. I submitted around 5 tickets to them, they all got quietly deleted, when asked why, they said they needed more info… went through troubleshooting multiple times.
They kept promising they were going to ship a replacement unit in 10-20 days, and never did. I was never notified when they cancelled the tickets either.

This went on for months. Since the 1 year warranty was about to expire I filed a complaint with the details to the BBB, within a couple of days someone called from Samsung responding to the BBB complaint and this time - the 6th they did send the speakers.

What did I get in exchange for all the hours of troubleshooting, follow up, waiting on the phone for a supervisor that never came and got disconnected…

It's a nightmare. I'll never buy a Samsung product again. I had bought directly through Samsung.com

Was able to get the additional 10% off by chatting with a rep at the checkout screen. I just asked if I can get a discount, because I'm an existing customer that recently bought a 75QN90B. I was also able to stack a $100 coupon code that I got as a consolation from trying to get an out-of-policy price match for the tv.

Total came out to be: $702 + tax - 4% paypal - 5% ink business cash

I have the 2022 version. It did not come with the wall mounting kit for the rear speakers. They can be wall mounted though. They have a standard screw type wall mount. You can use something like the Sanus ‎WSWM22-B1 to wall mount them.

The product did come with the mounting brackets for the soundbar itself though. Just a fyi if you would like to mount that.

This is also a killer deal.

Reps keep shooting me down when I request for 10% , How are you all managing to get it? I tried explaining also that I do not qualify for any EPP.

It's not really any upgrade. Basically same hardware, mainly software updates that aren't worth upgrading.

When Rep gets the cart ready on Non-EPP and asks to buy. Do we just awkwardly quit the coversation after copying the code and sending a parallel order via EPP?
