I have the A770 and the complaints of instability are way overblown. Really the only issues I have had is if I have two videos streaming at the same time my monitors will sometimes go black for a second and then come back on. Other issue was one of the drivers killed audio, so I just rolled it back. Other than that, I have played Diablo 4, Brotato, WoW, Elden Ring, Diablo 2 Resurrected, Borderlands 3 (Tiny Tina), and Fortnite with zero issues.
I'm very happy with my A770. It's a great first effort from Intel. Looking forward to what they are able to do with battlemage.
I740 and Larrabbee were canceled and never released. Except for a discreet GPU in the 80s (which is far from consideration of modern discreet 3d cards), their previous efforts were all either Integrated graphics on cpu or motherboard chipsets from the hayday of the 90s and early oughts.

This is truly their first main stream, actually released, serious discreet GPU effort.

For anyone interested, Intel cards are giving AC Mirage and Nightingale for free with this (or other Intel GPU).

These $200 A750s are tempting. I'd like to play Starfield on PC rather than XBox, but my RX 580 is well shy of the minimum requirements.

I wish we had benchmarks on how this will run Starfield. I've finally found a game to maybe tear my mom away from her love of MMO's but her video card is so old she likely won't be able to run it.

Far from a "first effort," they have made discrete cards before, and they have the IGPUs for over a decade.

Kind of ironic then the Radeon cards bundle the game with theirs then. Sounds like that's by far a better value if you haven't already purchased the game.

There is nothing inaccurate about what I said. It's the first-entry in a segment they have not competed in since before the release of the original iPod, and it has a product roadmap of at least four generations.

You're either being deliberately obtuse, have poor reading comprehension, or are an AI.

Don't fall victim to the reviews of when this card first came out, the drivers are much more stable now and the card performs great.

This is around the price point that GPUs used to be years ago and I wish Nvidia/AMD would follow suit. Nvidia is smoking crack with their prices. AMD is not as bad but it's still pretty irritating to see after building gaming PCs since the late 90s.

Used 3080 would get you there for 400$.
