Target is selling the Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) with USB-C MagSafe Case for $199.99. MSRP is $249.99. This is the newest release of the 2nd Gen. Deal is valid through Sat 10/14 according to the weekly ad.

I did the upgrade from gen 1 to gen 2 before usb-c was added. Functional difference is not worth the extra money. Selling used AirPods is difficult because of all the fakes out there. If you're using them for music phone calls and general everyday use (meaning you're not an audiophile) you probably won't notice a difference. I wouldn't recommend the upgrade.
