I'd say get this deal and on the small chance you actually find yourself needing "more" in the near future, you should have no problem getting most of your money back selling this.
I think most ppl would wind up keeping this, though.

If the 7100 fits your needs then this is a good price. The RZ50 has some features that this one doesn't. More processing power (11 vs 9 channels), full set of pre-outs for external amplification and more power (120 vs 100). If one or more of those are important to you then the RZ50 would be a better choice.
Is the 120 vs 100 going to make a difference? Or do you really need an external amp to hear a legitimately noticable/recognizable difference instead?
Depends on you & your setup but unlikely you would hear a $350 difference.
The biggest advantage to the RZ50 vs this are the preouts.

It is 20% more power, which will help with dynamic headroom during peak passages. If you have high-quality speakers, then adding an external amp will most certainly give a significant improvement. A properly treated room will also help.
I run my system: Onkyo 626 + 5 speaker Klipsch + 10" Sony sub in a 2-story room. Ideally I want wireless speakers for the rears so was going to go for a high end sound bar, ie Samsung 990C or JBL 1300X, but pretty sure I wouldn't hear any Atmos effects from the sound bouncing 2 stories up. But I could easily have height speakers up front. Guessing that's more noticeable for some Atmos effects than the soundbars above so I'm back to shopping for an Atmos receiver. My 626 is about to give up the ghost. Just needs to hold on for BF deals...
Having been in the AV game for over 30yrs, i'd say No, it won't. 20 watt difference will be imperceivable. And the "quality" of the audio won't be any different on these mass market mainstream avr's.
