The benefit of using a low TDP GPU and CPU is that the machine runs cooler and significantly quieter than most gaming laptops. Some report even cooler temps after repasting
My buddy got this and put in another stick of DDR5 RAM (his was 5600 but ymmv) that he got off eBay for <$25, which brought him to 16GB. For sub $500, I think this deal is hard to beat.

Xbox Series X, is BY FAR more powerful as it can do many modern AAA games @ 4k. This laptop will only do some indie titles and old games at 4k. The video card is for 1080p gaming, mostly in slightly older titles.

This CPU doesn't even support DDR4. Its definitely DDR5.
