This setup doesn't require all that and you still get a decent sound. Just without all that hassle.

Also make sure u do delivery and NOT pickup for the soundbar. Otherwise you wont get to enjoy the 100 day trial.
Also if you checkout trough paypal u will get a discount but if you price match it from day of purchase up to 15 days after delivery, they wont honor that paypal discount so im going to wait out to get the best price.
Why is everyone so happy to jump on a $840 price anyway? It is just a speaker. A passive speaker that doesn't work without an audio source. A piece of plastic and a little bit of metal whose job is to convert a digital signal into a mechanical membrane movement to create a sound wave. That is an extremely simple and primitive task from a standpoint of physics in the 21st century. This system should RETAIL at $840 with deals STARTING at $700 (and lower). Instead, it retails at close to $2,000? That is absurd! You can buy a complete computer with a monitor and speakers for this money. There is simply not enough technology in these speakers for this price. The BOM (bill of materials) is probably in the $400-500 area.
Consumers, it is time to wake up! YOU control the price with your demand! Stop enriching these corporate behemoths that don't even pay their employees well enough.
If trends are to be followed, this should be back to $700 closer to Black Friday. And it is better be, we are only a couple of months away from Samsung releasing Q990D (I assume would be the naming)
They are more interested in this than us
