As someone pointed out no DV and better performance.
You're better off comparing it to the 420, same player except doesn't support DV.
Unfortunately Ps5 still loses out in performance and cost less.

This is a disc player for home theater enthusiasts with some major audio gear. This isn't just some simple blu ray 4k player. If that's what you're looking for, then yes, the PS5 or Xbox Series X would be what you want.
On a 65" OLED TV, I can see a slight difference between 4k Dolby vision vs Apple TV streaming (as opposed to Netflix 4k which is way lossy). But the audio quality difference is quite noticeable.
I heard that the scaling of normal Blu-rays are quite good but I didn't have a chance to test it out.
