After 12 mysteriously cancelled purchases in a row, 6 or 7 chat conversations with "customer service" agents who refused to answer any questions or provide any service other than aggressively push for me to agree to purchase a cart they "built" with "great deals" where I couldn't even see the price.... 3 phone calls where I sat on hold (even though they called ME) for 20 minutes just to have a machine hang up on me... and several pending charges on my credit card that are taking an awfully long time to go away:
I finally managed to give them my money. And honestly I want to return it just from the experience of trying to buy it.
Considering that all this was the experience of trying to GIVE them money, I can only imagine what it would be like if I was trying to get my money back.

If you had seen their recent BF deals where the phone deals were in their app only and yet mysteriously wouldn't work in the app, then you would have found a similar experience. They're a very shady company in my opinion and I do not trust them at all.
Oh and when they say it is $1349 before trade they lie, some of the discounts disappeared if you activated a trade in on their cart they setup for you. Keep in mind I was accessing the app on an S9 Ultra and it only acted this way for their unlocked phone deals. Oh and the final price would be the same as any other day with an EDU deal and a trade in, it was a huge scam.
Yep, the worst for such large reputable company.
I claimed warranty on my malfunctioning Buds Live I bought from Verizon. After filling in the model, serial number, proof of purchase, they told me to send it. A few days later, they told me my serial number is international version and the warranty is not valid. I just couldn't convince them. I had to file report at BBB and the respondant there tried to argue with me that international versions don't have a warranty. Then she finally checked the serial number again and told me it is indeed a US version resolved it. It took a couple months of many emails/phone calls, and hair pulling. If I saw one for frequent sale price of $60, I would have done that.

But the review I watched really does make this an enticing monitor for games that support this widescreen format
That's such a bummer because I really wanted it to be good for office work, and then gaming after work
It's pretty heavy. Had to replace the tilt screw on my mount otherwise it would just tilt down. Got a nice stainless steel bolt and it made things much easier. The included bolt would strip from all the pressure required to keep it in place.

Crap. This is my use case too. I understand the first gen was bad, I thought they improved it in this one. 😞
