How long is it taking others to get the line number so we can submit the promo for the tv?

Today, for fun, I clicked on the Tmobile link the OP provided, entered my log in info and confirmed my address and it approved my $30 monthly fee after 14 trial days, free shipment of the box and (I assume) a free 50" TV. What a difference a month makes!
Which 55+ plan do you have? Will this promo work for Essentials 55?
