Spent at least an hour at Staples checking out all their chair offerings and then some more time on SlickDeals and YouTube. Went in thinking I need the Dexley. It is a chair for bigger people and I thought it would be better but despite the lock mechanism for reclining there was still some play which is bothersome and the lumbar didnt quite work for me. The Hyken as a result was much more comfortable but the seat is narrowner and the headrest, at least for me, kind of forces a forward view, if you intend to use while computing. I also dont like the way the wheels roll on either chair. Not as smooth as I want but it could be due to testing abused floor models. Anyway with the $10 promo, I ordered the chair anyway and figure I have 30 days to assemble and test it out. Note I also check out the Kroy, which is not on sale and is $180. No headest but at least for me, it seemed to have better lumbar and a slightly wider seat. In the end, the Hyken and Kroy were a tossup so I went with price.

You don't have to sign up for emails or texts directly. That won't give the offer. Keep refreshing the staples main page (make sure you are logged out; it won't pop up for me when I was logged in). Eventually a pop-up will appear with a spin-wheel saying 'get $15 for $60' for signing up. You sign up for email and texts. Text message comes immediately. You have to reply 'Y' to the text message and another message comes instantly with a link to the $15 coupon code.

You may have to try different browsers. It worked for some folks on the iPhone. But wasn't popping up for me, so I opened it on my desktop in Chrome browser. It popped up after just a couple of refreshes. You have to wait for a few seconds after refresh to see whether it pops up.

I had purchased a rebuilt Aeron and the frame dug into the back of my legs. Was very disappointed it didn't work out and I returned it. As someone who uses my chair all week, I'm willing to pay a premium, but hoping this will work as I need something urgently.

Just bought two. Thanks OP and people sharing their experience.
For people who already own this chair, does it come with the hard carpet wheel or the soft hard floor wheel? The staple website says "Carpet/Hard Floor" which does not make sense.
