That's what I'm wondering. For some people, all that matters is the framerate it can play at, the game can be just a handful polygons on low settings and they won't care as long as it hits that almighty framerate they want.

Just picked one up today at the Tustin Micro Center, they don't have them in the case but have about 15 left in the back. I'm looking forward to playing the new robocop game.

The 6800 XT IS the way to go but not for $500. These deals for the 6700 / 6750 for $300 or less is a sweet spot right now while AMD off loads them. Tom's Hardware has the 6700 xt as a recommended buy, and at $300, great deal if you can find one. Both MC stores in the Chicagoland area, Westmont and Chicago, have no stock on the MSI card though and few offerings left on the 6000 series, though they still have the AMD 6950 XT at $550, which is a great deal for the top of the line card from the previous generation.

Got it for $322 from NewEgg via BF deal. Would recommend at that price, so definitely at THIS price. This basically is a 3060/4060 alternate—with more VRAM.
