This is a fantastic deal. Well built machine that can do many tasks. Those open box should be in perfect condition.

Windows vs MacOS. You have to choose between those two and you'd have your answer.

But still, this MacBook air is still a powerhouse even in 2024 and esp at this price.

8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and 2 ports in a laptop for $750 is pretty ridiculous in 2024, but this is still a very capable, lightweight, and good machine if all you're doing is basic office work and media consumption.

Good deal... The price regularly fluctuates between 750 and 999. Looks like Amazon already matched at 750. Yesterday, it was at 899.

I snagged an open box... Hopefully I don't regret it. I figured I'd put the open box savings towards the cost of applecare. $899 out the door.

Best buy tech membership gives apple care on everything you get. It's often cheaper than applecare if you have 2 or more devices.

Very reliable machine , holds value but not a deal at all . got it for about same price brand new from Apple Store with student discount, gift cards( Best Buy ran a promo too in 2021 check ricefluff comment about ) . Find something newer or wait for m3

these go on sale at costco for $749 all the time...that's $63 more for a new one. I believe this would a bad deal to promote imo
