Don't expect OLED, 120hz, bazillion nits for $700 and 85"
Mediocre reviews but Hisense is generally a good value for what you are paying.
What do you folks think? Is this Samsung worth the extra $100? https://slickdeals.net/f/17246368-85-samsung-class-tu690t-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-tizen-tv-800-free-shipping

A few minor differences I noticed:
Both have true refresh rate of 60Hz, but Samsung has "motion enhancement".
From other people's quotes; Hisense 400 nits, Samsung 300 nits.
Hisense 4 hdmi inputs, Samsung 2 hdmi inputs
Hisense is Google TV, Samsung is Tizen
The only thing that made a little difference to me is that the Hisense is 400 nits versus Samsungs 300 nits. So I saved the $100 and went with the Hisense.

I have been happy with it. No issues so far.
I know Hisense gives you their own warranty, but reviews state it sucks. I would spend the more on a Samsung to be honest.
