89C has legs instead of a pedestal stand, otherwise identical.

I've had this TV for about 7 weeks or so now. Great TV, but just got a stuck-on pixel dead center. Tried all of the stuck pixel tricks, pixel refresh, etc. It's still there. Not too noticeable in most shows, but of course now my eye is always looking for it.

Absolutely this. It's competes with the C3 so getting it for less than the B3 is a steal. It's effectively the same TV as the S90C.

Did you get the other codes and cash backs discounts? I was able to get it down to $1682?
Is that including CB sites? Lowest I'm seeing at checkout is $1770+tax

Samsung.com EDU/EPP offers are better... Also, if you live near a VideoOnly store, they're retailing at $1999 and free delivery.

Yes, that would be with 5% cashback.

If anyone is willing to gamble and able to find an "Excellent open-box" condition S89C in store, try talking to the BB rep to see if they'll bring the price down to the "Good" condition. The BB rep ended up ringing the TV up for $1665, not a drastic difference from the $1700 price but was still nice to save a little more $.

Just be sure to inspect the TV if possible at the store or ask why it was returned. The rep said the TV was a Magnolia return and luckily appears flawless so far after setting it up. I wasn't able to enable the service menu to verify the display panel hours but the SmartThings App reported a "TV Panel Display time of - (5)".

The Costco version has 5 years of extended warranty included. If that is worth the extra $200 for you I would say yes it is a better deal. I have only heard good things about Costco's extended Warranty. Samsung charges $200 for 2 years of extended and Best Buy is like $230ish, can't remember exactly for 2 years.

Personally between the S89C Best Buy Deal and that Costco deal I would go with the Costco one. 5 years of extended warranty sounds super good for just $200 extras especially from Costco.

Just mentioning also to check out the Samsung EPP deal. It requires more work and luck but some have been able to score it from Samsung for less than $1800 with 2 years of Care+. I. Was able to stack EPP, 5% Referral, 10% Chat rep Code, 2 Years Care+ Chat Rep Code, 5% Cash Back for $1682. It already shipped and will be arriving Monday.

Yes, with all the codes and cb before tax.

I was actually able to use the codes the rep gave from my other account.

When I was chatting, they would have to make the cart themselves and send me the link.

It showed the codes and I just copied them and used it on the other account.

Also, for those who will mounted, which mount did you use.

I ordered the sanus preferred from Costco and also the mono price stable series. Deciding which one I should use.

Yeah I went for the 83" knowing that there might be some wizardry that drops it cheaper but don't want to chance it.
Which 83" did you go with im torn between 83" s90 (WOLED) and this 77" s89 (QD-OLED)

It is not the same. Costco is 2k for a s90c in store . not sure how to transport such a big tv vertically and online says you can maybe get away by laying it on the side but strictly not recommended. In the end I went with this and paid $387 extra for the 5 year warranty .

Great price with Samsung EPP. For some reason I am unable to stack the 5$ referral. It.keeps saying code has been already used .

Went with the s90c. My first OLED and I'm a little concerned that my room gets too much light for it, but I'll get some blackout curtains eventually.

That was the issue I had with referral so I caved and just ordered with the 10% and 2 year Samsung Care + codes. I would have definitely went with Costco if any of my local ones had it in stock and at the 2k price point. All locally to me are out of stock and at $2300. I picked up my parents 77" c2 from Costco last year in my minivan and was amazed at how big the box is so figured why not let them deliver it for free. All in the EPP deal is solid just missing out on those extra 3 years of coverage however it is little cheaper as well.

I tried to find on Best Buy website but if I order and set the delivery date for a month from now, can I cancel for a full refund if it isn't ever delivered?
Yes you can. I ordered and set delivery out to May (I'll probably change the date soon) just so I can see what edu/epp prices look like on the s90c before I have them deliver

I was in the same boat and I went with best Buy just because their warrnaty covered everyhting including Burn In . As per my research not many extended warranty plans including Samsung Care + cover burn in. I would love to be proven wrong here so that I can save some money.

I ended up buying the S89C with 5 year warrnaty from Best Buy.

Question - My delivery is due tomorrow , do I need to ask the delivery guy to wait while I open the box and inspect the TV inside or just an outside box inspection will be good enough. Bought a TV after 8 years ( super excited).
Asking the delivery guy to wait might be kind of a big ask. It took me about 10 minutes to get it unboxed and the legs attached. Also, if it's cold outside they'll tell you to wait a while before plugging it in.
