I agree. I bet they'll release an IPad SE that will have little performance gain and that will stay at $250 for the upcoming years
Would be interesting to see Apple rebranded their entry level iPad as an "SE" device.
Apple has dominated the tablet sector and tons of businesses and educational institutions use the 9th gen too.
For something basic, like web browsing, email, note taking, e-reading, or videos, the 9th and 10th gen iPads will be good for awhile.
Say what
It doesn't but how else do you think Apple manages to keep a 40 percent profit margin. It's not by playing nice with the consumers. You're just a number to them for there bottom line.
I use a 9th gen with 64GB for most college work and some quick raw photo editing raw in Lightroom on the road when transferring pics from my Sony camera. Have about 20 gigs of apps with adobe suite and productivity apps. Use streaming services for video& music. It is enough for the average user 😉

He's talking about using iCloud for storage vs device storage. Makes sense.
I have frequent issues with cloud storage. Not only with iCloud (which is clearly the worst because it can be) but also with OneDrive (much, much, much more practical and overall better than iCloud, but still has some issues).
So no, 64/128GB is not enough in practice. Only on paper if all the stars are perfectly aligned, and they usually aren't.
I wonder if target would price match and then 5% for red card….
