Not direct experience, but I asked the tech about it when they installed this in our automatic and he said that they can install on manuals. I vaguely remember that he recommended a different brand tho; i didn't go through with it since the manual gets to live in the garage because it's obviously better and deserves to be nice and cozy.

My recommendation is to just pop into the garage and ask in person what they can do for you since it might also depend on which car you have too.

You can contact BEST BUY online to schedule or goto bestbyy with your order number and talk to the Auto tech. Just beware not all best buys do installs

Wish my best buy still did installs. Had one installed on my car, would like to get it on my old Honda pilot but they dont do them locally anymore. Frown

One of the two remotes will have this, the other doesnt.

got this alert in the middle of the night and decided to go for it. i think that was the right decision. that was OOS fast! works great. this is my second one. my first install was faster than estimated. I think it was about 2-2.5 hours.

3 to 4 hours on mine and check the plastic around steering wheel mine is out of alignment. So far been 2yrs now no complaint on my compustar RS
