Great great chair and even greater warranty, I contacted their customer service to replace an armrest that started to get cracks in the pleather and they straight up offered to replace the whole chair

OK chair. On my 2nd I am about 220 and use it moderately. First one developed small squeaks after several years. Bought a new one on the last deal. I had a squeek.almost immediately and ended up disassembling the back and found some loose bolts from the factory. Now it is OK.

My current office chair that I've had for around 18 months and happy with my purchase. No issues with it at so far and I'm in it 3-4 days a week for a workday as well at night so it's been used quite a bit. Bought it for $175 at the time and would buy it at this price in a heartbeat

I have 3 of these in the house. One for myself to wfh. I've been using it M-F since 2019 and it's been flawless. The wife liked it so much I had to get her one as well. Then the son wanted one to replace his gaming chair. We range in height from 5'11" to 5'6" and weigh between 130 and 160. so far no problems from any of the three chairs. I don't use a headrest on my chair because it's too comfortable lol. Reclining with the headrest in that chair can induce spontaneous naps. Don't ask me how I know.

I tried using the headrest and I was too tall for it at 5'9". You can use the headrest at 6'1"?

What's the headrest mod? I just took mine off but would love to raise it instead.

I have two and both need to have the piston replaced. It will sink and I constantly have to raise the chair back up. Going to contact the company and see if they will replace the part under warranty. Otherwise they do sell the piston on Amazon.

I have read similar posts from others. One person claimed they offer you the warranty again on the new chair too? So you could purchase the $15 3yr warranty a second time, then 2.5yrs later, rinse and repeat.

Can you comfortably sit on this chair cross legs indian style with both legs on the seat? I know for these mesh seats they are notorious for forcing you to sit a certain way because the plastic edge in the front digs into your legs.
