See the way the sides of the seat curve up?
Those put pressure on your outer thighs - the bigger you are the worse you will feel after a few weeks of rubbing.
The seat also rises up and then down from front to back - your tailbone will be sitting on a small mound where the pressure gets the bony parts.
When you read "ergonomic" with regard to chairs like this, do not think "comfort and health".
Consider these like braces for you body - it wants to make your body conform to the chair and not vice versa.
The first weeks will be fine but after two months parts of your body (outer thighs and tailbone especially) will be screaming.
"Ergonomic" is just a buzzword - like the way the government says "investment" when it wastes the peoples money.
For the record, I purchased this last week but have yet to assemble it.

The $300 "regular price" is also a bit of a joke.
