4060 uses much less power than 7600 iirc and less heat
Lol I think I am a pretty good expert, probably the only one really, on what constitutes a great experience on aw2 for me.
I tried to turn down all the settings at 1440 (running 1080p on a 1440p monitor is an absolute no) and I could not get it to not be anywhere near 60. It was like in the high 20s to low 30s in fps. Yeah back in 2004 30fps good enough but not for me anymore.
GTX 1080 on a 5900x.
Thing is, these run quiet and cool playing just about any game. And most games are not Cyberpunk 2077. You don't need to hear a giant 3 fan card producing 400w of heat. You don't need an expensive power supply. You don't have to use that stupid power connector. It's kinda liberating lol.
If running my GPU doesn't take down my power local power grid, I don't want it. 😤
I run CP on old RX 5700XT at 80+fps scaled up to 1440p.

It's definitely a very noticeable upgrade over the rx480. Runs cooler & quieter. Fps increase on borderlands 3 was over 100%.
