The B3U 4070 is a lot more powerful for gaming, but I choose the B4U with 4050 because I wanted the better battery life, 140w vs 100w charger, HDMI 2.1, and anti-glare display.
If you don't care about those things, definitely go with the 4070.

16GB is a sweet point, even for a gaming machine.
SSD is so fast so performance hit even when swap happens is minimal.
Soldered RAM takes less space and provide better thermal performance and results in lighter and cooler machine.
You can always buy thicker machines or mobile work stations if you need more memory for your work flow.
