A few weeks into ownership, the main board died.
LG support was next to useless as there are no repair techs in my area, so in the end, LG ended up refunding me the cost of the TV.
I did some research online, watched a couple YouTube videos, and ended up swapping a new main board in by myself. Took about 20 minutes and a screwdriver, but was an easy process.
Still works perfectly now. So in the end, I paid about $100 for a 65C2.
If I had the chance to do it again, knowing how easy these TV's are to do, I'd 100% do it again.

Anyone know what's the accepted price for the 77 C3 on GT?
Good thing it only cost you over a grand for that look, it's the picture that counts, but in a month once you see a new in box for the same tv it will be a little more noticeable

I bought a LG 55" C1 "refurb" back in ' 22. Came in sealed OEM packaging, 0 watch hours, all accessories new/unopened. I registered it on LGs warranty page and they gave me a full year warranty. Still going strong, never had an issue and had the benefit of the LG warranty after the one with Micro Center expired even though I never needed it.
It's great that worked out so well for you. However, others have not had your luck. I live an hour's drive from the nearest Micro Center, so it's not worth the risk for me. I'll wait for the next deal.

Now that the C4 is launched, we should see many retailers accepting lower prices soon.
For example, the "refurbished" Apple Watch Series 6 I recently purchased from MC was actually just a used watch from PCS Wireless.
