Select Micro Center Stores have 65" LG OLED65C3AUA[microcenter.com] C3 4K Smart OLED evo TV (Refurbished) on sale for $999.99. Free in-store pickup only where stock permits.
I bought a 65C2 refurb from Microcenter last year about this time.
A few weeks into ownership, the main board died.
LG support was next to useless as there are no repair techs in my area, so in the end, LG ended up refunding me the cost of the TV.
I did some research online, watched a couple YouTube videos, and ended up swapping a new main board in by myself. Took about 20 minutes and a screwdriver, but was an easy process.
Still works perfectly now. So in the end, I paid about $100 for a 65C2.
If I had the chance to do it again, knowing how easy these TV's are to do, I'd 100% do it again.
The 90 day warranty kills it for me
The warranty issue is a big deal.

I have a CX refurb from them. It only had 40 hours of screen times and it was flawless. The only issue was the stand was a little scratched, but I hung it up so it didn't matter. Thinking about getting another one.
Can't we add 2 yr extended warranty. ? I recently cancelled Costco order when it was $1599. Buying this with additional warranty is good deal or wait for new one.
I purchased the C2 a month ago and the frame was banged up but the screen was in good condition, they knocked some of the price which basically paid for their 3 year extended screen warranty and then some.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm thinking about taking a gamble on it.

I know. It's 90 day warranty but only 30 days to return it.
