And the idea of grabbing a ladder, detaching the panel, setting it in the sun, and then having to reattach every night is nuts.

I mean it's just a motion floodlight. Not like it's gonna be left on for a long time. As long as it's getting some sun throughout the day it should be able to power the few times it turns on through the night. Probably be good for a side yard or backyard that doesn't get a ton of traffic
