I now have TP-Link Deco mesh products...been fantastic since install which was a breeze. Not one hard or soft reset in over two years.

Same I switched after years of issues. 100 seems okay though
Also concerning that their first instinct is to switch brands instead of dumping the very problematic mesh network that most of them likely don't need.
I'll be first in line to say Netgear has not been good for nearly 20 years, so make no reservations about that.
However, consumer mesh sucks way more, regardless of brand.
They all have concessions you have to make to get them stable. And even with a wired backhaul (which, let's face it, none of these comments would ever consider) they aren't particularly quick.
Commerical mesh solutions only get by because they have better hardware to begin with, are on a wired backhaul, and get strategically placed where no home owner would approve.
what do you have now and the price point?
what do you have now?
They had that firmware update issue a year/two years ago and seems they atleast test them out now. You pit in your credit card info while setting up?
It is really bad for me ... work calls (teams/zoom) drop.
I think it is Orbi as wifi signal disappear on my phone/laptop.
If it was router, wifi part should remain connected.
I feel Orbi purposefully pushed some update so that I buy a new one

All these posts are anecdotes, but hey, some are also positive
I have an Orbi system, not this exact model, but it's WiFi 6 with very fast in-home network speeds. It looks just like this, and I bought it open box from Amazon AND i bought an additional satellite that matches the speed of the original router and included satellite… it's rock solid. It's been on for about 2 years bore and we never had to reset it.
I say go for it! It's Costco… what could possibly go wrong? ::insert gif of busby here::

Sounds like my experience with Arris Surfboard AX7800 mesh network. What a piece of trash that was, lol.
