Pressure cooking will not achieve what sous vide cooking can. I live in a condo and don't have a yard so I'll do a chuck roast for 36hrs or a pork shoulder for 12hrs. In my experience, pressure cooking will not effectively break down the connective tissue. In the case of a chuck roast, you're left with unpleasant parts, like where the muscles converge. Braising or slow cooking will take care of this, to an extent, I prefer the precision offered by an immersion circulator. Plus it wouldn't be safe to run your oven for 36hrs, even at 170โฐF
