Northern Tool + Equipment[northerntool.com] has the Klutch Extra-Long Spline Drive Flex Ratcheting Wrench (11/16" x 3/4") on sale for $26.99. Shipping is free (lower 48 states only).
Features:
Extra-long handle for long reach
Flex ratcheting head works in tight spots
90-tooth fine tooth ratchet for quick action
Reverses with flip of switch
Spline drive works on 12-pt., star, 6-pt. and square fasteners
How does this work? Is there additional attachment to work with typical 3/8" or 1/2" sockets?
If you can fit a socket in the spot that you're working in, you'd just want to use a socket and ratchet. The typical use case for these ratcheting wrenchs is when you don't have enough clearance to fit a normal ratchet and socket into... particularly if the nut has a long bolt going through it and past the head of the bolt, making for a situation where you'd need a deep socket. Ratcheting wrenchs are really awesome tools, but each one is specific for a specific fastener size (just like a socket would be).
If it is true these wrenches sold under several dozen brand names like Klutch, Icon, Mountain are all the same then I'd get a full set on Amazon for under $60 for a 5-piece set. How often are you going to need one of these two sizes, 11/16" and 3/4"?? Get the metric set for under $60 and you get 10 metric sizes which also includes compatibility with 1/2", 9/16", 3/4" SAE.

If the 3/4" adapter that comes with this set[homedepot.com] fits, then it could be used with 3/4" sockets. Not sure where those adapters are sold individually.

Just keep in mind if you buy the Mountain version (who I believe is the source OEM for these), they do not offer consumer warranty service. You have to go back to the dealer and I'm pretty sure Amazon won't honor it. Mountain really expects you to be buying these off of a tool truck. Personally I'd go with the Icon versions.
This would be the correct Amazon comparison.

Absolutely-- thanks for the correction. I just don't like "universal" spline and think that most people don't need them, but I shouldn't make that decision for people.
