Absolutely worth it in my opinion.
I'm looking at a new pair only because mine are stuck in Noise cancellation mode. Pretty sure it's my fault since I work in a woodshop and I'm convinced I have gummed the microphones up.
If I ever lost them I would buy a replacement the same day.
