Mine came in today the top looked like it fell off the world trade center and landed on the cement floor. The sides were ran over by the UPS truck and the inside burned with a flame thrower.
Hey, you there! These items are expected to have a noticeable level of wear & tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings. Outside of their physical appearance, they have been tested to be in full working condition
Are these "Refurbished" or new just "scratch and dent"?
"Refurbished" is probably a function check and possibly a cleanup before boxing up. I bought the 5-in-1 grill about a year ago from Woot and the fryer basket had chips in the ceramic, but overall it was fine. It was a keeper, I still use it today with no big issues. (Foods take a little longer than when I first got it, but it's fully operational)
It's completely random as far as condition. I just ordered a Woodfire, finger's crossed. As long as it's just cosmetic, I'm not worried. It's less than half the price of new. In my opinion, Ninja overcharges for their products. It's supply & demand though, so I wait for these refurbished sales.

I went for a Woodfire, but I just realized it's the smaller regular version. I hope I didn't make a mistake there. The reviews for these are really good, and I've been so intrigued by it, I decided to pull the trigger on it. $113 compared to $249 for new is far more realistic even with it being scratch and dent.
I got mine for around the same price (probably a bit more). I'm completely happy with my purchase. Is it huge? No. But if your cooking for 2 it's fine. But it's early to move around and the smoke function is nice.
If the oven received is "too dented," is it easy to return? Woot's return policy doesn't look friendly:
"How do I return a damaged or defective product?
If the item you purchased is damaged or defective and was purchased within the past 30 days, please go to our Support page to report the issue. You may be required to return your defective item to Woot! before an exchange or refund is issued. In the event the item being returned to Woot! is NOT found to be damaged or defective, you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charge will not be refunded."
I got the 6-in-1 XL indoor grill scratch and dent from woot awhile back, and the internal non-stick surfaces (basket and bottom drip tray) came with a couple of decent scratches each. They're kind of a pain to clean, but I think they would've been a pain to clean still regardless.
I have a 10-in-1 air fryer oven from Ninja. Got it at Costco. Its horrible. It doesn't heat up as nicely as my previous air fryers that were cheaper. Also, somehow its always smoking up the whole house only on the toast mode (despite us cleaning it).

Did you have trouble asking woot to take it back without paying the restocking fee?

It's the best appliance I've ever owned. I don't even use my oven anymore
