Connected via ethernet. I've emailed Windscribe CS few days ago and they haven't replied back after sending in the debug log. We'll see what's up after a few more days.

Lol my phone gets 50Mbps while my desktop gets 35Mbps that's connected to the same location (but different ip address).

The browser plugin has some advanced features, like location spoofing, time syncing, language, etc that might help. Ever investigate those?
