A Windscribe employee in this thread[reddit.com] stated that you need to cancel the auto-renewal by clicking cancel subscription, then you'll be able to activate the voucher.
Although this post was from a year ago, you can search yourself to verify.

Nope. I go to cancel my subscription and I get "You do not have an active payment subscription, you will not be automatically billed." Nowhere there either to enter a voucher.

Doesn't matter which country I pick if that's what you mean by "nodes". If I pick another country it's high 20's and anything in the US it's around 30-40 Mbps, mostly 30Mbps.
Who knows, maybe they're gimping the speeds for those who have lifetime subscriptions or have high traffic.

Connected via ethernet. I've emailed Windscribe CS few days ago and they haven't replied back after sending in the debug log. We'll see what's up after a few more days.
Lol my phone gets 50Mbps while my desktop gets 35Mbps that's connected to the same location (but different ip address).

This worked for me. Now I don't expire until 2030. First step is to log in and then go to this URL. You won't get a confirmation but then if you go to your account and look at the Expiry, it should have been extended.
