They might lose your phone number on port-in.
You might be without service for a week.
There's no bonuses or gift card incentives here, but they're known to not pay those out.
If you ever need to contact support, good luck! There's no phone number and support is exclusively through chat. They might respond in a few minutes or a few days. A different person might reply to you every time. If you ever need to be elevated to level 2 support, they'll send you one email from a no-reply email, and you'll have to start over with chat explaining your case from the start for each iteration.
Service will probably be fine but you may be in the minority of people that have issues.

How bad would it be if you lost your phone number or didn't have service for a week? Would it bother you to spend 10 hours resolving an issue? I'd weigh that against whatever money you're saving on this plan.
So... are you feeling lucky? You'll probably be fine.

We had Mint and it wasn't bad where we are because T-Mobile is decent here. We switched to Google FI because as a customer you get prioritized data as if you are a T-Mobile customer unlike Mint. Again never had a problem with Mint.
Only reason I switched is the ability to change the Fi plan to unlimited for international travel. Price with all lines was close to the same as Mint with individual plans.

Here's my experience:
1) I ported my number, it worked fine, but I couldn't access the app because of an issue with the porting process. I could login to the website, just not the app. It took them 3 days to resolve it.
2) voicemail wasn't working for me. It took 3 representatives to chat with until the 3rd one had to reset the voicemail and then it worked fine.
3) WiFi calling didn't work on my phone ( OnePlus ) I read online that many had the same issue. Based on what I read, it only works with a physical SIM and not eSIM ( for OnePlus and Motorola )
4) customer support is a bit slow. I use voice to text to chat with them. There is no other way to reach them.
5) connection seems fine, most of the time it is slower than my T-Mobile. Who needs 700mbps download speeds? Averaging 100-200. Sometimes visible is faster than T-Mobile in some areas.
6) I tried the unlimited tethering and it was as advertised 5mbps download speed. It was stable I was able to update my laptop and watch YouTube videos ( consumed 3.5GB tethering )
7) for the price, it is a good service. Expect some issues when you first subscribe and then everything should be fine.
8) roaming options are very limited. I just use WiFi calling and texting whenever I'm connected.
Says Google Pixel 6a isn't compatible with Visible.
Found that strange.
I hate to pay the higher rate as I don't use it enough to warrant that fee.
Does your plan have UWB? That may be worth it
