i feel like most 27" 1440p OLED monitors have this issue unless you can recommend one. i just bought a samsung g60sd and RTING gave it a 7 rating. the samsung is a beast in gaming but reading text isnt great compared to my old IPS monitor

It's probably ASUS being dumb and cheap like when they released their gaming laptops a few years ago, most of them didn't have a MUX switch...

I just picked one up from best buy, its really nice, extremely bright though had to turn down contrast and brightness a little.

Rtings says under both 8.5 editing and 7.7 office > cons > "Worse text clarity than other 27-inch, 1440p monitors." And if you click next to the "?" By each of the ratings it'll say 6.5 on text clarity
