Earlier this year I moved from smaller basement to bigger basement, and felt the sound was not filling the room enough as it did in the smaller one, even with 90% volume.
My Denon - X3300W finally gave up last month. Picked up a refurbished RZ50 from ebay deal (looked new and less than this price, so I don't regret pulling the trigger
After doing the initial setup with Dirac, the room was filled with the sound I was hoping for with 80% volume.
(80% was a bit high, but god I loved it!)
I can't comment on the Integra, but 105W vs 120W and Dirac Live setup made a big difference in my case.

I only need 9.1 channels so for me, it primarily comes down to the amp power ratings: 100W vs 120W
I've convinced myself to stick with the Integra because I don't believe I need the extra power. Based on my basic HT/AV knowledge, power rating differences only seem to make a difference at higher loudness levels, which directly relates to how big or small the room is, as balajimicman's experience corroborates. My room is just not big enough to need to run the speakers at near the loudness levels where 20W makes an audible difference, so I'm okay with saving the $190 and also getting a longer warranty out of it.
Everyone's HT/AV setup plus room dimensions & layout is going to be different, so YMMV, of course.
I do like Adorama as well though. Good company.

Planning to slowly build up to 7.2.4 (4 ceiling), that's one of the reasons I went with RZ50. I hope a Fosi should do the trick.
