I only need 9.1 channels so for me, it primarily comes down to the amp power ratings: 100W vs 120W
I've convinced myself to stick with the Integra because I don't believe I need the extra power. Based on my basic HT/AV knowledge, power rating differences only seem to make a difference at higher loudness levels, which directly relates to how big or small the room is, as balajimicman's experience corroborates. My room is just not big enough to need to run the speakers at near the loudness levels where 20W makes an audible difference, so I'm okay with saving the $190 and also getting a longer warranty out of it.
Everyone's HT/AV setup plus room dimensions & layout is going to be different, so YMMV, of course.
I would recommend certified HDMI cables from a known/reputable brand since there are a lot of unscrupulous cable makers out there that advertise speeds above what their cables achieve under real testing, or they advertise their cables as HDMI 2.1 without being able to hit 8K/4K120, which is, surprisingly, not in violation of the HDMI 2.1 spec, but is a point of confusion and potentially misleading for us consumers.
To that end, I've never heard of kabledirekt, but examples of brands known for making certified HDMI cables, which also appear as deals on SD are Monoprice, Amazon Basics, and Cable Matters. I've also had good experience with Zeskit in the past.

I actually have an external amplifier for the front L/R channels currently, but when I made my post, I was planning to bi-wire the speakers to the AVR in order to get rid of the external amplifier. However, I realize that even with the RZ50, I still benefit from the external amplifier for my front speakers, which is more of a plus for me to stick with the Integra.
Offloading the front channels to an external amp already helps greatly reduce the load on the AV receiver, so it's not as urgent for me to drop money on an external amplifier with more channels, especially since I'm a budget audio enthusiast, which explains the Integra purchase.
